Two Rivers Physical Therapy has been serving patients from the greater Portland area including North and Northeast Portland and St Johns since 2006.  We are located inside longtime St Johns independent gym West Coast Fitness.  The friendly athletic club atmosphere, and its wide variety of tools and equipment, provides an ideal setting for rehabilitation.

Workers Compensation / On the Job Injury

We specialize in working with patients who have suffered an injury at work or in a motor vehicle accident.  Our goal is to get you fully healed and ready to get back to work.  We can help you navigate your insurance claim.  We are contracted with Workers Compensation Managed Care organizations (MCOs) including Kaiser, MHN/Caremark and Majoris. 

Motor Vehicle Accident / Personal Injury

For Motor Vehicle Accident and Personal Injury patients, the sooner that we see you following a car accident, the better.  If desired, we can work in conjunction with Chiropractic work to help you strengthen for permanent recovery.

TMJ

Dr Henningsen has extensive continuing education and experience with diagnosis and treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMJ) and Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV).  Skilled physical therapy techniques such as:

  • TMJ mobilization
  • Trigger and tender point release Manual Therapy

  • Epley Maneuver
